TERMOSTAT
Temperature Control System for a Microfluidic Chip
The activity involved the development of a proof of concept of a temperature control system for a microfluidic chip, named TERMOSTAT for the CNR – Italian National Research Council- Institute of Nanotechnology at Lecce.
The TERMOSTAT temperature control system is an IoT-based solution that enables CNR researchers to certify the temperature at which experiments are conducted and to automatically monitor and control it.
SmartEducationLab was responsible for the design and development of both the hardware and the control software of the IoT device.
In addition, a dedicated temperature control software application was designed and developed to allow CNR researchers to interact with the system in a simplified and user-friendly manner.
